Our limited-time new customer rate is $169 per month for accepted residential pools on an available neighborhood route.

Routine service includes skimming, basket emptying, brushing, vacuuming as needed, water testing and balancing, standard maintenance chemicals, a visible equipment check and a service update.

Standard chemicals used for routine weekly water maintenance are included. Green-pool recovery, unusually high chemical demand and major corrections may require separate approval and pricing.

No. We need safe access to the pool area, an accessible gate and secured pets. Service may occur at any time during your assigned route day.

We assign a consistent neighborhood route day after confirming your address. Route density helps us provide more dependable service with less unnecessary driving.

Yes. Tell us that your pool is saltwater when completing the service agreement so we can confirm the pool’s current equipment and condition.

Lightning, severe weather, unsafe conditions or holidays may require rescheduling or an adjusted visit. We communicate material schedule changes.

Routine basket emptying and visible equipment checks are included. Full cartridge, DE or sand-filter cleaning is outside standard weekly service and may be quoted separately.

Green-pool recovery is different from routine maintenance. We can inspect the condition and provide separate recommendations and pricing before weekly service begins.

The service agreement allows cancellation before the next billing date. Amounts already charged for an active service period are not prorated.

Our current service area includes Celina, Prosper, McKinney and Frisco, Texas.

Yes. The promotional rate is available for a limited time to new customers accepted into an open neighborhood route. Once accepted, your agreed monthly price remains $169 unless changed by a later written agreement.
